Management Fee includes 24-hour customer service to your guests, payment of state and local taxes, payment of all bills,  payments of HOA and Insurance, license preparation and renewal, organizing house cleaning and maintenance, bookkeeping and statements.

By State Law:

  • Homeowners are required to maintain a rental dwelling liability insurance policy
  • The property must be listened with the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation
  • The property must have an Occupation License with the county in order to be rented as a vacation home.
  • Annual Property Taxes are the responsibility of all homeowners.
