By State Law:
- Homeowners are required to maintain a rental dwelling liability insurance policy
- The property must be listened with the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation
- The property must have an Occupation License with the county in order to be rented as a vacation home.
- Annual Property Taxes are the responsibility of all homeowners.
